RATES:

Initial Evaluation: An evaluation consists of a diagnostic session, an analysis of the test results, a written report, and a meeting to discuss results and make recommendations. These services are billed at the rate of $100.00/hour, and a typical evaluation is billed for a total of five hours. On occasion, additional testing is necessary to complete an evaluation, and additional hours are billed at the same rate.

Individual Therapy Sessions: $125/hour

Group Therapy Sessions (if available): $90/hour

Additional Services: Additional services may include consultations, IEP meetings, conferences, school visits or observations. These services are billed at a rate of $125/hour.

Cancelation Policy: Appointments that are not canceled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are billed for the full hour. In addition, clients are billed for the full hour when a client does not show for the scheduled appointment and has not canceled.

Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of service. There is a payment incentive for those clients wanting to pre-pay therapy sessions. We offer a 10% discount for 1 month paid up front. For your convenience, we accept cash and personal checks.
